Payments

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (note: a 4% fee applies to card payments), checks, and cash. We are committed to providing high‑quality, patient‑centered dental care with fair and transparent pricing. Payment is due at the time of service. If insurance is involved, we will assist in maximizing your benefits; however, coverage results may vary.  

Timely payment helps us continue delivering excellent care. Payments may be made by phone with card information, in person, or by mailing a check. Accounts with unpaid balances over 90 days may be transferred to a collection agency.

Insurance Information

We accept a wide range of dental insurance plans, including Principal, Humana, MetLife, UnitedHealthcare, Florida Blue Cross, and Ameritas (PPO). However, our practice is in‑network only with Delta Dental, Guardian, and Cigna. 

To support informed financial decisions, please review the following guidelines: 

  • Insurance Verification: Our team verifies coverage as a courtesy, but patients are encouraged to review their individual policies for the most accurate information. 
  • Estimated Benefits: We provide an estimate of expected insurance reimbursement to help you understand potential out‑of‑pocket costs. 
  • Patient Responsibility: Insurance coverage varies and is not guaranteed. Patients are responsible for all fees regardless of insurance payment. 
  • Claims Processing: Most insurers respond within four to six weeks. If a balance remains after payment is received, a statement will be issued. 
  • Alternative Options: For patients without insurance or those seeking additional flexibility, we offer in‑office payment plans and third‑party financing through CareCredit. reimbursement to help you understand any anticipated out‑of‑pocket costs before treatment. 

CareCredit is available as a financing option for patients who prefer to spread treatment costs over time. Eligible patients may finance their care for up to six months with no interest.
